A motorcycle thievery has gone awry after the thief was not able to make the motor start.
He was caught red-handed but remained on the motorcycle even when his partner ran away and left him for dead.
The motorcycle would not start, and so the owner was able to catch up to him.
Neighbours started gathering around the suspect, who remained on the motorbike and was still trying to make the motor move.
Police came and started questioning him.
The crowd started bringing out their phones and took videos and pictures of the man.
Apparently, the suspect was a repeat offender and has been stealing many motorcycles around their area.
While the police were investigating him, he was able to escape and run away.
Fortunately, some people were able to block him and so he was apprehended.
